Trustees get together four times per year (just before our existing regular meetups) each contributing $10 toward the $400 no-strings-attached award, and deciding by consensus who will receive it. The money accumulates each month until the $400 is reached and that’s when the award is made. This is a new initiative and we are looking to have about ten trustees so this award will go out once every three months.
